Terms and Conditions
All workshops must be booked and paid for in advance.
If you are unable to attend your booked workshop it is your responsibility to resell your space.
Refunds will only be given on the following basis:
Longer than 3 weeks before an event - a full refund will be given
1-3 weeks before an event 50% refund will be given
Up to one week before the event, no refund will be given.
Please contact me as soon as you are able and if at all possible I will advertise your available space. If we are able to sell on your space you will be entitled to a refund. There is no guarantee of this however, hence why I recommend making attempts to resell your space to a friend or relative. Please advise me in advance if there are any name changed to attendees.
Due to hosting a number of workshops with various external businesses transfers to alternative dates or workshops will not be possible.
It is expected that all pottery will be inspected before leaving the studio upon collection. If you are not the person collecting the pottery please ensure that you have asked the collector to check on your behalf. Dixie Dot Crafts are not responsible for pottery once it has left the studio. If you feel that there are any concerns about the quality of your pottery this MUST be mentioned at the time of collection in order for us to attempt to rectify any issues, or explain the glazing and firing process.
